
Chamanismo: Protagonista en la cátedra Low Maus
Speaking at the auditorium Luis A. Calvo, Professor Cloudsley shared his knowledge on the subject of shamanism as original culture of humanity.
"Shamanism is probably the oldest of humanity religion, primordial and original religion that is thousands of years. In many ways the first type of belief and still persists in many parts of the world, "said Tim at the opening of his talk.
Before a comprised of members of the university community and the general public, Professor Cloudsey narrated their experiences with indigenous groups and the way it has been acquiring knowledge on this subject so important to Aboriginal communities public.

The Chair 'Rodolfo Low Maus' was created in 1996 by resolution number 041 of the Academic Council and is named in honor of a former rector of the UIS and famous architect of the future of this institution. Since then, the department has promoted the exchange of ideas and opinions on various political scientific-technological, cultural, and environmental issues.
